As a Single Joint Expert, we act as a neutral technical authority appointed by both claimant and defendant. Our role is to provide balanced, unbiased reporting that adheres to the expectations of the court and aligns with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR Part 35).

This service is particularly valuable in complex disputes where clarity, neutrality, and authority are essential for resolution. Oral evidence is provided to both the Magistrates and County Courts on a regular basis to assist with proceedings, clarification of defects, findings and conditions.
